The Morgon appellation is divided into 6 localities of which “Corcelette” is one, the other 5 being the famous “Côte du Py”, “Les Charmes”, “Grands-Cras”, “Douby” and “Micouds”. ". Daniel Bouland, owner of a 9 ha property, is a conscientious wine grower. Only the deep understanding of good grapes and the desire to produce authentic wines guides him. The Corcelette vines produce light and fruity wines.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification in whole clusters, with semi-carbonic maceration and 9 days of vatting. Aging in cement vats.
Tasting
Its silky texture allows it to go perfectly with roasted white meats, veal blanquette, or even quail with grapes.
